150 unit BMW x1 sold in Indonesia!

Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Indent the BMW X1, the vehicle type of sport activity vehicle (SAV) BMW Indonesia which will be launched in July 2010, had reached 150 units.


BMW Indonesia President Director, Ramesh Divyanathan, in a press release received by ANTARA News here on Tuesday, said that even before any official communication to the public about this model, we have received orders for more than 150 units of new BMW X1.

According to Ramesh, of the total order is less than half of the diesel models.

He sees trends in the use of diesel engines have started to blow in Indonesia today, thus further strengthening the demand for new BMW X1.

Technically, the Advanced Diesel BMW technology has been known to get a reputation as the best-performing engine, smooth, low emission and efficient. Capable of generating power for 177 dk-round 4000 rpm, the engine produces maximum torque of 350 Nm from 1750 rpm to 3000 rpm.

Extraordinary propulsion system accelerates from rest to 100 kilometers condition (km) per hour in 8.3 seconds. Produced reaches a maximum speed of 205 km per hour with fuel consumption average of only 6.1 liters per 100 km with the level karbondiaoksida (CO2) equal to 160 grams per km.

These machines meet the standard EURO3. Ramesh therefore recommends that users of this compact SAV vehicles using fuel Pertadex, Shell Diesel Performance, Total, and Dynamic Diesel of Petronas.

Not just that, according to him, he also will introduce the BMW X1 sDrive18i with the model 105 gasoline engine with Valvetronic four-cylinder dk on the same occasion. (V002/A038)
